About this speaker
Professor Meir Lotan is a physiotherapist working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Physical Therapy, Faculty of Health Sciences, Ariel University, Ariel, Israel. He has been a member of the Israeli National Rett Syndrome Evaluation Team for the past 28 years. He has a special interest in physiotherapy for people with an intellectual disability and/or autism, and the benefits of snoezelen and physical activity for these populations, with a particular emphasis on individuals with Rett syndrome. During the last three decades, Meir has evaluated over 600 individuals with Rett syndrome around the globe. Meir's conference talk will remain available as a replay until 20th November 2021.
